Size & Order Accuracy
We kindly request customers to double-check sizes and product details before placing orders. Our collections cover women, men, kids, and newborns, so ensure correct selections to avoid issues.
Damaged Products
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we will replace it. To process a replacement, customers must:
Videograph the unboxing process clearly showing the package condition upon opening.
Share the video with us within 24 hours of delivery.
Replacements
Replacements are offered only for damaged or defective items, provided the above proof is submitted. Without the unboxing video, we will be unable to honor a replacement.
Order Cancellations
Once confirmed and paid, orders cannot be cancelled.
